Step 1.
Select the Activate Account button
Step 2.
Enter Your Capitol Email Address and select Activate.
Step 3.
Confirm Your Capitol Email Address.
Step 4.
Check your email Address, Copy the Code, and click the link.
Step 5.
Enter the code in the new tab.
