I can't open consoles to my virtual machines!

In order to get access to the vSphere Web Client you will need an Adobe Flash enabled browser (Chrome or Firefox Preferably). To open consoles to virtual machines you will need to have the VMRC application installed on the computer you are trying to access the console from.

If you already have VMware Fusion Pro or VMware Workstation installed on the computer you are trying to access the console from you can also use that.

If you can't get VMRC to work at all you may alternatively use the HTML5 Console (Requires chrome or firefox, other browsers will not work), which is launched from the summary tab of a virtual machine when it is selected in the vSphere Web Client, by clicking on the preview picture of the virtual machine console above the line that reads "Launch Virtual Machine Console".
