6. I forgot the password set on Lab account? Where can I reset it?

Visit http://password.captechlab.org to reset your password. You will need access to your CapTechU email account.

1. Navigate your web browser to https://password.captechlab.org/
2. Select Forgot Password
   
3. Enter your CapTechU Email address, complete the Captcha, and select search.
   
4. Select SMS/Email Verification
   
5. Confirm your email address
6. Check your CapTechU Email, You will receive an email like this
   
7. Enter the emailed code in the portal
   
8. Enter your new password
